[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Call from Tata docomo for bill payment

Hello,

I was using tata docomo photon dongal, after closing it i got bill to pay of 700/-, i refused to pay bill of 700/- because i didn't used it at all.
But they are keep calling me, on 24th of march 2017 i have got call from customer care from tata docomo i think and i have payed 400/- as they said (Given me discount) and my tata docomo account will be closed completely they promised, i would never get call from tata docomo.
But today 18th april 2017 i have got call from [protected] and i told her that i have got discount and i have already payed. After that i have got message from [protected] number and pay remaining bill andsend me legal notice from adv deepak chaudhary.
Here is my question: if i got discount and payed said bill amount. So would you guys can call and disturb people and forced to pay more.

HERE IS MY QUESTION: if i got discount and payed said bill amount. so why would you guys call and disturb people and forced them to pay more.
