Tata Docomo — call not connecting to landline number

I am facing this issue from last 2 days. When i try to call a landline no. From my tata docomo no. Its telling that "you are not dialing a valid no." and when i call that no. From my other company no. Like airtel, vodafone its connecting normally. Yes i can call from my other no. But the problem is paytm says plz call from your registered no. And my registered no. Is your tata docomo no.

Plz look into the matter and resolve this problem.
