[Resolved] Tata Docomo — change in plan without consent

Hi

I had 4 connections with account number[protected]. All the connection were in the 125 rental plan. Suddenly i get a message that the rent is going to be 399 without my consent. We went and cancelled the connections. No one from tata bothered to call and check. Now i got a bill of 1992 with the new rentals of 399 added. Please take action

Updated by amithb today i got a call from the collections team to make the payment immediately . When i asked them how they increased the rental without my consent they said that it is not their concern and asked to clear the bill of 1992
