Tata Docomo — change registered name

Am using docomo sim registered to my friend's name since 6 years.
Since government came up with the aadhar and mobile number linking, i am in need to register it with my own name.
Now i want to register it with my name. I changed the display name on my account but it think thats not sufficient.
Whats the procedure to to register it with my own name?

It's almost one day. No reply from Company.
I am tata docomo customer from last 7 Year but from last one month my sim have no network in Mobile .

I am also try customer care but when i enter my No. ([protected]) they told that this no is invalid.

Please do the needfull.
