Tata Docomo — Charged even after disconnection | |||
I had disconnected my Tata Docomo account :[protected] and connection number: [protected] more than a year ago. I was not given any closure letter. Now I am sent a notice from an advocate which is a PLC. I am trying to contact the advocate, but he is not picking up the phone. With no way of resolving this I am resorting to complaining in this forum. I have not been using the service which should be evident from zero data usage from my account. I got a good service when I was a customer. Please look into this and help resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
