[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating from customer care. Very bad response from customer care | |||||
I had bought a postpaid sim [protected] which was lost and i had not registered for cancellation of the sim. I started receiving the bill every month, when i got a reminder call from docomo customer care which is very worst and harsh call some lady was doing rowdism in the call itself. I got irritated and didn't pay the bill. After that sim got suspended which i got to know through email. Later i got to know that the bill is simply increasing (900rs) even after suspension so i spoke the customer care and told the i will pay 600 and please suspend the sim and don't re activate it. So they agreed for that and sent the bill collector to my home. I payed the bill of 600rs. After this i started getting calls and mails that i still have pending bill and every month bill is getting generated. I contacted miss deepa ([protected]) mentioned on the mail regarding this and started speaking so harshly, seriously i don't how docomo is hiring such worst executives they didn't even know how to talk to customers. How come an educated person talk to a corporate customer like this? Are guys hiring some rowdies to do all these kind of work? You should be ashamed of running company with these kind of people. Atleast a minimum respect should be given to the customer. I really felt very bad for these kind of things happening with me from docomo. She is asking me cancellation request number. When i spoke to customer care before paying bill they told its already suspended they don't activate it. Even after this what cancellation request number i can ask from customer care. For the mistakes that you guys are doing how can you ask me to pay the bill? I was told that one more bill will be generated for this month as well. I won't pay single rupee. You guys are simply giving trouble to me. If this still continues then i will register complaint against you guys. Is this is way you guys handle the customers? Shame on you.
