Tata Docomo — complaining about disconnection of services | |||
We have a tata docomo connection, recently we got a mail stating the docomo transistion to airtel, when we called customer care they asked us to visit the stores, when we visited the employees are not responding properly and asked us to port, but the services are disconnected so how can we port. Incoming and outgoing services are also barred. Kindly look into this matter on priority Was this information helpful? | |||
