Tata Docomo — customer care people giving wrong information about plan | |||||
I am using last 5 years docomo postpaid... Because of worst service i decided to port other network.. When i port customer care exicutives called and ask reason and told not to go other network then gave me a good plan... I said ok... After i recieved bill i shocked my bill generated 5200/- after i complained customer exicutives no response... They dont give single waiver... Dont believe customer exicutive... i'm unable to divert my call to another number and also the network is showing as airtel
i'm in banglore currently i need to divert my call to others name because it is on roaming right now
it is not taking tata docomo network
please resolve the issue as soon as possible
