[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Customer service and otp issue. | |||||
Since yesterday "26th may 2017" i am facing issues in receiving otp messages to my docomo number [protected]. I am trying to contact customer service dialing "121", "[protected]", "[protected]" and what not. But nowhere i am finding any relevant option to raise my concern and the issue. It's quite hard to find a solution in this way and moreover looking at the services it better to switch from docomo to some better network. Was this information helpful? | |||||

However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in connected and active status. However, you have mentioned that you are unable to receive OTP (one time password). Hence, I request you dial #35*1234# for unbarring incoming SMS. We request you to do the below mentioned settings for unbarring the SMS issue on your number. 1) Go to: Main Menu > Message > Message Settings 2) In message Center number:-[protected] 3) In Reply via same center, select "NO" 4) In Reply via choose 'Text'.
