I want to change my damaged sim card of my gsm [protected] for otp and this number is form rajasthan circle and i am in west bengal then how i can replace my damaged sim and what is needed to replace this sim and your customer support is not working for other sims like jio that's why i complained here so can you suggest me what i can do know to replace my damaged sim card in barrackpore west bengal.

Hi Team,

I am facing some issue while getting the sim issue.
sim no:[protected]
sim is registered on my father Name: Mr. Ashok saluja and already summited the ID proof and its got rejected and previous the sim issue on same id.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
