[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deduction of balance without any reason | |||
On 15 sept 2017 and 16 sept 2017 i reacherged my mobile no ([protected]) with Rs 50 in each occasion, that means total Rs 100 reachege. Before on 14 sept 2017 i borrowed an emergency balance of Rs 20.Right now today tata docomo deduced my balance and my balance is Rs 14 now.In the mean time i did not spent my balance by any another means.So my total deduction is about Rs 54 without any reason including the emergency loan of Rs 20 also.Please help me. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.

I am having a Tata Docomo Postpaid sim card from around last 1 year. I am having issue with receiving SMS to my number from last 2 days. I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number.
