[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Dispute with plan | |||
I was subscribed to unlimited call plan on Tatadocomo and used it for 2 years. In 2016 I called thier customer support and requested them to change my plan to a basic one as I have got a very good offer from a different service provider. The customer service agent informed me that they cannot change it for this month but will make the change from next billing cycle. They failed to do it and when I contacted them the next month they apologized and said that they will change it from next month. I paid the bill for that month. They did not change the plan again in the next month and they have generated the bill for unlimited plan. I was pissed off and asked them to correct this and informed that I am not going to pay the bill for the mistake of their agents. They said they will give me 200 rupees discount. Why should I pay 1300 RS in first place for the mistake/laziness of their agents? I said, I am not ok with their discount and agreed to pay for my usage for which they disagreed. Now they are generating the bill every month though I am not using it and asking me to pay the bill. Your customer service agents incompetence made me the defaulter. A customer who used your service for 2 years with out any delay in payment raised a genuine concern and you act like a road side vendor? My number is [protected] and request your agents not to call us with false identity as Lawyers and police officers. I have recorded those calls and checked in the police station. I will file a case against them if they try those cheap tricks. Act like a professional organization to resolve it. My problem is not money but I dont want to let you cheat me.
