[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Extra paid amount not refunded yet

Hi,
i had a tata docomo post paid connection. The number is [protected]. I ported this number to vodafone in month October 2016. I paid an extra amount of 1466 before porting. So, I requested the company over their customer care email address. Also i got an acknowledgement from them that, the amount will be refunded back in form of check to my mailing address. Though it's almost more than 5 months still the amount has not been refunded. I have written around 5-6 mails after that, each time they revert saying they are looking into the issue.But, till now no action taken. I request, kindly take action against them to avoid such kind of harassment.

I haven't received my refund till now. Tata DoCoMo is playing with me . Twice I have sent my new address proof but these people are not bother to take any action .
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Still not received my amount. though I got call from tata docomo that they are going to refund but still after a month nothing happened. Please take action against such a fraud company.

Tata DoCoMo — Not getting messages including otp

I am using TATA DOCOMO SIM by last 4 years but recently from week iam not getting messages even OTP please solve this problem.whenever i try to get the OOTP through bank and other sides i am not getting OTP and even normal messagest able to send and recieve messages.
Hey I am using tata docomo Since 2013 and I was using earlier Canvas HD which accepts regular SIM and then I changed my Handset to Samsung which accepts Micro SIM but this Micro SIM is not available anywhere in tata docomo Stores since 3 months m tired kindly help and my Postal Code 401209
