[Resolved] Tata Docomo — falls billing without using the service of walky set | |||
I had a tatadocomo walky set wll connection no is [protected] the set was dead since 6 months ago and i paid all due bills but the company sending me regular bill with out using the service and when i reached to service provider near vr palaza bilaspur (Cg) to disconnection and false billing they could not convince the matter and advice me that for make a call form your same walky no to 121 regarding your complaint and said they could not do any thing so that kindly look on my matter and please advice me what should i need to do... We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your cancellation request was registered on 28-OCT-2017 with the Service Request number[protected] and the connection was disconnected permanently on 13-NOV-17. Your Outstanding amount is Rs.755/-(Rs. 126.99/- for the bill generated on 05-SEP-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]; Rs. 294/- for the bill generated on 05-OCT-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]; Rs.334/- for the bill generated on 05-NOV-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]). Kindly note that, monthly rentals will be charged when the number is in Active/Outgoing Barring state. However, you will get discounts on rentals when the number is in Temporary Suspension state. Further, we request you to provide the details of the agent to whom you have given the cancellation request for the needful to be done regarding billing.

I want to port my no [protected] tata docomo to airtel. I am sending to tata docomo port request several time. but every time i get useless message. So pls solve this problem on urgent basis.
