[Resolved] Tata Docomo — false or misleading services provided by their agents | |
Hello, This is to inform you that i have been asked by tata docomo to pay bill of rs.1915 for my account number:[protected] and tata docomo number:[protected] for the services which i'm not using since 6months, i have contacted tata docomo customer service and wanted to close my account, but tata docomo customer service stated that the waiver which has been given to me for my bill of march/april approx to rs.438 or above was not being updated in their system and they could not close my account until its updated. Then after few days it was updated and they did not closed my account. Also their was descrepancies in the monthly bill generation. And 3 days before they have send me e-mail confirming that waiver has been applied and now they are not fulfiling their communication with me which they did from their official e-mail id stating that we cannot issue waiver and ignore the previous e-mails, which is unethical and is unprofessional from a corporate business firm like them. Also they have nowhere mentioned that i have to only contact customer care of their company to close my connection, their is no where mentioned that their representatives who gave me waiver in bill and called me and collected the payment from me do not have authority or cannot cancel my connection. I have all their mails and also had phone conversation with one of their legal team associate who indirectly spoke implicating that whenever we contact your customer care we should have a written proof otherwise it will be not considered as legitmate as it would be only verbal communication. Considering all the e-mails they have send me and conversations i had with this companys representatives it is clear (Assumption) that this company sends wrong e-mails to the customers then they manupulate the information told and cause unnecessary harrasment to the customers. I have written proof with me which will clearly explain that i do not stay at the address where i have been using their connection since when my services were barred and i have asked the customer care to generate a bill for the services which i have used (March/april) and i will pay it though i have been not using the services in this period also, and they said that they have taken the complain for the same. And i have also done the payment for the same and as a proof i have send a copy of receipt to them in my earlier mails to them. And i have asked their representatives to close my account/connection, also i contacted 48 hours and then 12 hours back and their agents promised me call-back from their senior and no one called back, when i asked them to send me e-mail regarding the comunication we had they said that they do not have the option to do that. Now considering this how can we trust their customer care and why should i suffer unnecessary loss for their mistakes. Was this information helpful? | |
