[Resolved] Tata Docomo — fed up asking and asking for 3gb data pack which is deducted on 20th though validity extension is done | |||
My mother is a tata docomo customer with number [protected], She had 3gb talktime till 19th diwali date it is completely gone on 20th when she tried to tried to see data based messages, I recharged for the datapack and it deducted without usage, though i extended the validity, I didn't receive any prior information. Refund add back the 3gb data - amount charged for the recharge to number [protected].
