My Tata Docomo Photon No. is [protected] and account number[protected]. I had opted for a PhotonMax 4GB datacard (750 monthly plan) from Tata Docomo on 22nd Feb 2014. Within a week, I recieved a bill amounting to Rs.1700 from them and paid the same. After this, my Internet connection never worked and hence there was no usage ever from my end. Inspite of which I continued receiving bills from Tata Docomo. I went and complained to the retailer (TTML Nerul, Building Number F/2, Shop No. 2, Sector 15, Nerul) to which no action was taken and I continued to receive heavy bills from Tata Docomo. On enquiring with the customer service, I was told that the datacard was being used. Either Tata Docomo was billing me wrongly or someone at the retailer was doing some fraud by using my device.On making several call for requesting the Docomo team to cancel my account, none of my complaints were recorded or attended to, instead a technical issue ticket was raised. On 18th June 2014, I started receiving collection calls from an individual at Tata Docomo who continued to use abusive language and threatened me that they would come home and collect the money from whoever is present at home, including women. This behaviour with a senior citizen is completely unethical and unexpected from a brand name like Tata. Owing to all the harassment, we filed an FIR with the Nerul Police station. The calls still continue to come in from different numbers. I hope someone more responsible from the Tata Docomo team will look into this in a reasonable manner or we shall be forced to report this to the press. Kindly note that as checked we have received only one payment of 271/- on 20-MAR-2014 post that we have not received a single usage hence the services towards your number has been barred.
