Tata Docomo — incoming calls issues

Hi, my tatadocomo number have issues as its using airtel network as default and im having trouble in incoming calls. As caller calls me on docomo number, it ring once or twice and call automatically gets disconnected or it keep ringing but at my end no notification or call not reachable to me on my new cell. I called call center many times and explain them also Dialed #35*1234# as instructed many times but still issue is not resolved. After writing this here, if issue is still there, I'll prefer to port.
