[Resolved] Tata Docomo — International Roaming Not Working | |
Hi, I'm currently travelling outside of India. The mobile connected initial few days and now it doesn't for past 3 weeks. I have registered a compliance and they asked me to deposit a Rs. 3000/- which I did and Docomo closed the ticket. The issue is still not resolved and it says "wow dive in error". When I try to make calls it says "Not registered with network". Reopened the complaint and no action. Can you please do something urgent as I'm handicapped without my primary contact number.
