Tata Docomo — loss of sim. | |||||
Dear sir, I have lost my phone having the sim of tata docomo on 16.01.2018. I tried several times to contact the customer care and requested them to block my number [protected]. The customer care kept on telling me to dial 198. And when informed at 198, asked me to inform at 121, and request to block from a sim user of docomo. They asked me to inform the toll free number. The toll free did not respond. Finally, yesterday i landed up to the recharge dealer. He helped me and mbade me to talk to the customer care. But, the customer care said the phone number is registered in some other person's name, which i regret the number is my personal. The fellow on customer care asked me to dial 111 through any phone and they shall block the number. I rang 111 but, no response. The physical and mental agnoy i suffered is terrific where to block my personal sim...? I have lodged a police complaint also about the loss of phone and sim. Was this information helpful? | |||||

With out any intimation, the sim has been disconnected?
