Tata Docomo — Misuse of phone number

I was using a Tata docomo number [protected] 3 years back and I had cancelled it due to some personal reasons. But now one of my frnds has bring to my notice that there is another watsapp account in that number and they hav some dirty pictures as it's profile pic. I would like to know that whose name is that sim is stil in use and if it's in my name I would like to completely deactivate it. Posting u the profile for photo for reference. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible
