Sir/ma'am, i am vishal and my tata docomo no is [protected], recently i had recharged my number 3 times with rs 10, but it automatically activated the services and deducted the balance. I had called customer care also they told me to block popups on browser but that didn't worked at all. Please solve this problem permanently and refund my money back As trai mentioned that no service will be activated without the confirmation of customer, so solve this problem permanently and refund my money back. The messages are :- Hi! You have subscribed to celebrity fitness at rs6.49 for 2 day (S). Due for renewal on 13-oct-2017. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree). Hi! You have subscribed to video vogue at rs6.49 for 1 day (S). Due for renewal on 12-oct-2017. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree). Hi! On your request dated[protected]. we had informed that any VAS service has been activated post double-confirmation from your end. We would like to inform you that there is no vas service on your number.

Hi i am Sakshi i have tata docomo sim this work good but in the month of August there are many unwanted subscription are attepted from my account automatically so my balance is deducted many times.

I have complained many times to customer care but they do not understand my problems. My Balance is deducted before some day which is not refunded by customer care executives. Tata docomo is careless to solve customers problems. Today there is again balance is deducted from my account illegally without my any confirmation or without any treat by me. I am troubled with this company.
They do not want to hear customer, s problem's. My balance is deducted automatically with out my action. These are screen shots of message that i had received. Now there is only 1Rs is rest in my account. Please take this problem seriously.
