Tata Docomo — my number disconnected

I am using my tata docomo prepaid number past from many years and all my bank accounts are connected with the same number. Tata docomo has disconnected my number without any notice. Please help me how to reactivate the number. I am staying in abroad. My number which was disconnected is [protected]
