[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Non disconnection and repeated bills when we are not using their service | |||||
Hi We asked docomo for a connection surrender. They come back every three months asking for a bill and telling us something more that we need to do and still don't disconnect. First time they said, number is already disconnected and just pay these Rs 1500 Next time they said give us a disconnection request on firm letter head and pay these 1500. We did that. Next time again they came saying that you didn't submit the "letter head request". Even though we had done that, most likely they didn't upload it. We paid twice total of approx 3000/- . I dug up their customer help email id and raised a complaint but they are also saying same thing now after initial nice words that they will take care of i.t Now they are telling us you need to pay another 1500 and their customer complaint department doesn't help.
