[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Non Refund of my Postpaid Deposit Amount | |||
I have made an deposit of 899 Rs for my number [protected] . i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid on December 2016. after migration they said my deposit amount will be sent through cheque with in 60 days . but they have not sent me . i have rote a mail to docomo customer care they have created a ticket, the ticket duration was 40 days and 11th April is the last date . i got a call at 11th 4 PM stating we are sorry we are unable to send the cheque it will take time . so we are closing the ticket . i said before sending don't close the ticket she said ok . after some time i got a mail stating the ticket have been closed. i went to koramangala head office, manager is asking for 600 Rs you are coming here, leave it 600 is not a big amount . i have shouted that you cheating by not giving money and came . after that also i have sent several mails but they are not returning my money. i have sent my address proof also to send the cheque .
