Tata Docomo — not able to port

I am not able to port. I tried many times my message is not going through, even the customer care is not helpful. I checked in tata docomo website, it didn't have any dedicated section for porting services

I would like someone from tata docomo office to have a look at this as soon as possible.

Hello! Why i cant send any message to anyone and it shows "error code 38".this problem was started since one month.but i can receive messages sent by them.

Please! help me out of this.
