[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not getting otp sms or other sms on my docomo number

I am not able to receive sms or otp sms on my number. I called customer care of docomo but they asked me to erase call forwarding setting. Now, in docomo we can call customer care no. Only once. When i am trying to call again then my i am not able to call. Please, help as now i want to port my number and even i am not able to receive message from 1901.
