[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not receiving otp text messages | |||
I am unable to carry out any transactions using my online banking account because i am not getting otp messages on my registered mobile number. I have contacted the bank and they tell me it is a network issue. As my service provider, tata docomo needs to look into the matter and resolve it asap. I tried reaching the customer care number, but could not reach the call center person : ( Was this information helpful? | |||
