I am writing this email to secure your support for my release date. Unfortunately HR is not able to provide me a workable release date so far.
For better prospects, I have decided to pursue new opportunity accordingly I submitted my resignation on 23rd Jan and requested a release on 20th Feb.
I have worked for 15 years in the company where i was transitioned from Eserv to TCS. During my tenure i have delivered my best for the company and secured high peeformance rating .
This is an extreme disappointment and stressful period i am currently going through while negotiating my release date with the HR team.
I have also offered them my willingness to deduct my leaves earning and provide me releaese on my requested date and ensure them necessary handover from me to ensure no impact on the project.
However HR/my manager team are constantly rejecting my request and sending me back 90 days clause. I am sorry to say, their attitude and discussions are not mutual and see no cooperation to me who have served such long tenure in the company.
