[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst mobile services | |||
I recharged my phone for Rs510 on April 17th n after the recharge dialed *141# to do Rs495 ka internet recharge which gets deducted from my account balance, however the recharge was not successful n all my balance was deducted, I did call their customer service but no resolution was given on this n all the people kept saying that the charges are valid n refund can be done. I was informed by all Thier representative that there is no recharge of 495 which gives 10gb 3g data, in the same email I also attached the screen shot which shows that for 495 rupees one can get 10gb 3g data but still they are adamant of not refunding the money as well neither doing the recharge. Company mere number ko port krne nai De rhi hai
I have several requests to convert my postpaid connection to a prepaid at the local Tata Docomo showroom, till now no response, i had already submitted the documents ie photo and address proof thrice, for the past six months no action has been taken
