[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Onlinr Recharge | |
Tata Docomo, an excellent fraud company. I did an online recharge for
for an amount of 171 at my number [protected] and the amount was deducted. The Docomo Customer
care gave me the worst experience. They charged me to speak with the
agent and no one was speaking on the other end. I even tried registering the complaint at docomo website which was even unsuccessful. The have have a customer care for name sake.
Transaction no.[protected]
I am going to complaint it to TRAI, If am not getting my issue resolved.
