Tata Docomo — outgoing call facility not available | |
Hello, this is nagireddy sarath chandra. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card (+91 [protected]) from around last 3 years. I am having issue with sending sms to upi to use payment apps from almost last 2 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. I tried to contact with them on their toll-free number[protected], but i am receiving the following response: "the outgoing call facility on this number is currently not available" Was this information helpful? | |

Please tell me suggestion for new Sim my no is [protected] I loss Sim on 30.8.2018 I want to new Sim activation for tatadocomo but in raipur Chattisgarh state no docomo service Centre where I have Sim activation I want to same no want what can I do plz tell me suggestion and I can change other networks plz tell me.

Sir my tata docomo number is [protected].And from last 5 months I am not able to send any massages even I would not received any massages . For this problem I am in very truble as I am not able to complete any otp related works.
