My tata docomo no. [protected] numbar outgoing service not working please help for this service star. My e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com

My sim card so many days before my outgoing sms service is almost stop i don't way but please help to restart my outgoing service for send my sms in case that problem not solved then unfortunately stopped using tata docomo service sorry.

My docomo phone number is [protected]. I am unable to receive any call but able to make calls to others. They get a message trying to reached is currently not reachable. Please help me out to know how i can activate my incoming calls. I am not getting any proper response from online customer support. Please do the needful.

We dont have any service provider in our village and due to this we can't call our family in India from abroad. TATA is having a Mobile Tower which is closed currently. Why TATA is not working to spread their network?
