Hello Team, My photon no is [protected] My registered contact number is [protected] Previously, I have email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com on a) 13th Jan 17 b) 14th Jan 17 c) 16th Jan 17 - email to appellate.[protected]@tatadocmo.com - escalated matter to Yogesh Bajpai - Call your call center on a) 13th Jan b) 16th Jan c) 26th Jan d) 28th Jan - Raised two SR request a) Complaint no[protected] b) Complaint no[protected] My fault - Using services of TataDocomo services for last 3 years and doing online payment on time During call I have provided complete transaction details of online transaction - 9/12/2016- Txn I'd[protected] Amount - Rs 345 - 19/12/2016 - Txn id[protected] Amount - Rs 345 Previously I have attached ICICI bank statement where by transactions were debited.
