My fault - Using services of TataDocomo services for last 3 years and doing online payment on time

During call I have provided complete transaction details of online transaction

- 9/12/2016- Txn I'd[protected]
Amount - Rs 345

- 19/12/2016 - Txn id[protected]
Amount - Rs 345

Previously I have attached ICICI bank statement where by transactions were debited. Also please find below email from ICICI bank with the confirmation from bank with transaction id and consumer code

Request you to clear my dues
