Hi team, I am using tata docomo prepaid number ([protected]) from past 7 years, recently i went aboard and return back after 6 months. Today i checked my mobile number was deactivated. Today i recharged mobile number also. But not working. My mobile number was linked to my bank accounts aadhaar card also. Please activate my mobile number asap. However, the same was not possible. We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in active status. Also be inform you that, if there is no balance in the account after the non usage for 3 months then the number will be permanently disconnected. Hence, we request you to make a chargeable call/SMS and recharge every month in order to avoid service disconnection.
