[Resolved] Tata Docomo — porting from cdma to gsm | |||
I am having a balance of rs 600 in cdma. Got message that cdma service will be closed and i should port. No response about refund or carry forward of the balance. Mail received mentioning that they do have this policy at the moment and will look after some policy is in place. Like me many such people will be having balance in their account which will go to tata docomo's coffer as profit. Pls look into the same and put some procedure so that the balance amount is not lost to the consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
