[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — porting network option is not available in tata docomo.

Hi i am Thirish,
I am not able to send port message from my tata docomo number ([protected])
When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and said that this will solve the problem.
But this soln also did not work for me
In my area tata docomo network is very poor so i want to port my number
But i think company does not want that so the blocked messanging on my number.
