Tata Docomo — prepaid connection disconnected without notice

I was using tata docomo prepaid number which is linked to all my banking and email account recovery. Tata docomo deactivated my number on april 19, 2018 while i am overseas. Now i can't access my internet banking without otp, tata docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for 90 days. Now i have to buy another one if i wish using tata docomo services. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they cannot.

How they can disconnect number without giving any message or notice in this regard?
I am ready to recharge as much as they want but they never informed me or asked for it and now not giving any chance.. This is giving me so much of trouble and stress.
