[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding customer calls | |||
M.EPIRAJAN, ADVOCATE, CHENNAI. At about 5:44pm on 08/02/2014 a call from CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER **[protected]** a male contacted me and asked some queries regarding post paid connections. They are disturbing even my busy work time, while I am doing my job in court so I asked him how to avoid such calls, suddenly he replied, "YOU WILL DISCONNECT AND SURRENDER YOUR CONNECTIONS (DEI UN CONNECTIONA CUT PANNUDA)". After that he called me again and again more than three times and he scold me by using very filthy language. So I am preparing myself to lodge a complaint before POLICE and immidiately the two post paid TATA DOCOMO connections. Take action and accept my surrender of my two numbers i.e. [protected] and [protected]. I am very much disturbed by your customer care activities.
