[Resolved] Tata Docomo — regarding disconnection | |||
I disconnected photon:[protected] connection in july and was requested to pay only 700 (Out of 1019) and remaining 319 would be waived off and rcvd settlement letter. After made paymnt yet receiving threatening sms this outstanding (319) would be forwarded to lokadalat. Couldnt reach any cust care no [protected], [protected] as given in the sms alert. Phone did not receive any phone calls from land line and did not go outside calls we change the piece of phone but still continue please respond immediately
