[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding Security Deposit Return! | |||
Hello, I was using tata docomo services from quite a long time with 899/- Plan, but due to network issues and repeated problems i port my number to VodaFone. Tata took security amount as 899/- but now they sent me cheque of Rs 14/- also with spelling mistake on name so cheque is purely useless. I had cleared all dues and paid the bills before port. Why insted of 899/- I received Rs 14/- Calling to customer care they are saying that we cant see any security deposit in your account, i[censored] have any proff visit to outlet. Formally, I gave letter to the customer care personal's to migrate the following Post Paid No. 's to Prepaid.
Even after months, It didn't happened.
Can you please check and resolve my complaint? or I need to fully cancel those No's?
