Tata Docomo — service to the number is temporarily disconnected | |||
Am not receiving any incoming calls, messages in my tata docomo number [protected], even outgoing calls are not working. The issue was reported on september 8th, however i have not received any responses from tata docomo team. Please note i have moved to qatar and i need to keep my tata docomo number active for someother reasons. I have already dropped a detailed note to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, with all the details. I tried to send PORT SMS from the my mobile number [protected], many times but the sms is not being send.
I am presently in Qatar I have Indian no since 5 years I am using and wanted to keep that active for bankig reson please let me know the process for the same
