I am trying to get in contact with tata docomo call center representative from 5 hours for knowing about offers we got by sms today but no one is picking up the phone and tata docomo app not showing same offer most of the time we are facing the same problems of talking to customer care Representative . My sim no.[protected] In this call barring is activated i am unable to make any call .and my outgoing and incoming calls are barred .I have tried #33*1234# to deactivate call barring but this no. Is not working . pls help me
