[Resolved] Tata Docomo — sim: deactivated without notice
My tata docomo connection is deactivated without any prior notice. I was using my number : [protected] since 9 years. Now, i am not able to contact customer care number from the helpline number shared over the docomo site. I have tried reaching customer care via email and facebook chat, on which they are not considering my request and are providing the same template answer that account is inactivated.
Request your review, as i have been using the number since 9 years. I have requested the same with docomo, but failed to get any response.
