Tata Docomo — Slow internet speed of tata photon plus and bill related issue. | |||
I Raj Pal consumer of tata photon plus. TATA DOCOMO Photon [protected] . Started using service on 10th January, and I observed that Internet speed was very slow so I complained about it to my local tata docomo and photon customer center. And they sent an engineer/ technician on 20/1/14, complaint no[protected], he told you will get the same speed of 30-40 KBps.So I approached my local tata docomo and photon customer center and asked them I do not want to continue using the service neither I want to pay the bill because if the company cannot meet their mentioned criteria and speed then why I should pay the bills.And I have not been using internet from that date. and till date the number is working yesterday (7/3/14) I raised a complaint about this matter but my problem is not solved till date. And today 8-3-14 I have e-mailed to [protected]@tatatel.co.in to stop/ terminate the number and services. Was this information helpful? | |||

My problem will be solved if company pays some attention to me and my need.
1) I want that company must terminate my connection.
2) I do no want to pay the bill.
