I am trying for MNP port from my DOCOMO postpad to Airtel Postpaid since i got better offer from Airtel. First time when I did my Port request Docomo customer care guys did not gave proper information on the MNP port request even after calling them 3 to 4 times back to back, kept on saying your MNP request will be successfully completed so and so date and time, but never told about if there is unbilled amount the MNP port request will be rejected and they rejected, I got more frustrated by DOCOMO service and again applied for MNP port immediately but this time the DOCOMO retention team after talking to me gave false promise of same unlimited call offer provided by Airtel will be given to me on DOCOMO connection in next 3 days but no one called me back from retention team in next 3 days, when called to DOCOMO customer care came to know that my DOCOMO retention request is closed mentioning the update "Customer agreed to close the request and is willing to wait for few days for the same offer to be launched by DOCOMO" I never agreed for few days, that guy promised me to call me back in next 3 days and giving me same offer, but DOCOMO customer care guys said no any such unlimited call offers still with DOCOMO have been launched. When i asked why u closed my MNP retention request without my proper confirmation, they keep saying you only agreed to closure of this request which i never did. when I ask for esclation and would like to talk with their supervisor the customer care guys kept me on hold for 30minutes to transfer the call. Now they are not at all ready to help me on this MNP port request they are simply saying U agreed to continue with DOCOMO and ready to wait for few more days for better offer from DOCOMO. These DOCOMO guys are #### IDIOTS I request everyone by mistake also don't take any DOCOMO connection (Prepaid, postpaid, TATA Photon etc etc), if this MNP request does not go successfully I am going to get a new SIM with new number from any other service provider and close this number without even paying my last bill from these #### bunch of IDIOTS.
