Tata Docomo — Tata docomo photon disconnection | |||||
Dear sir, I would like to know that inspite of informing and payment of all dues still tata docomo company is continuously charging us a heavy bill. We had even received a leagal notice from their end and also constant calls for the payment. We had done the payment on[protected] of amt. 11478/- and informed them for our disconnection we were in co-ordination with madam preeti dalvi but she didnt informed us to do any mail for the disconnection, after that even we paid another charges that is on[protected] of amt. 8682/- as penalty charges for the mail not sent for disconnection after the penalty charges done from our side we sent the mail to the company for disconnection. According to them we had done each and every procedure required but still we are receiving the constant outstanding bill and constant phone calls and receiving payment reminder mails from their side. Kindly lodge our compliant against tata docomo. Here we are providing you the details accordingly. Tata photon a/c.~m28736254 Tata photon nos. Hi, Tata Docomo I am customer from 7tob 8 years, since Docomo launched, it is shame for you to not providing good service, every time I call it is frequent to drop my call within 10 seconds .my number is [protected], please insure quality service otherwise I will change b my services provider.
