[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tata docomo postpaid vas bill amount wrong application | |||
Dear sir, With referance to above mentioned subject, i am utilizing your 349/- monthly rental plan unlimited coiling and unlimited net pack from last few days. Last months company applied me 1009/- rs bill and says about 589/- vas services. I have not utilizes such type of services from my end. How company applying me such charges, i am not agree for that bill. Then i have contacted customer care about such billing. No one satisfying me for same. From last few days my outgoing calls are stopped by company. Please see my previous record and call records about same and. Take necessary action to aforesaid company.
