[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tata docomo representative fake promises | |
My a/c no is[protected]. Before 10th august my total outstanding amount is rs 5045/-. I got call from your tata docomo representative and she told me to pay 4010/- and remaining amount which is rs 1035/- will be discount for me if i paid on 10th of august that i paid on same day. After that i got 5-6 calls which is for paying remaining amount that is rs 1035/- than i told that just check the call on date 10th august your representative told to pay only 4010/- and then call me back. Not a single person replied me for that issue. And now they send me a legal notice for that to pay rs 1035/-. So who is responsible for that and what i have to do now. After this I mail again is as follow,
Dear Sir,
Form yesterday I calling to "Mr.Santosh Bamne (Mob . No [protected] )" but Miss Sansukuti Sonawane picking the call and specking so rudely and not answering properly. I called yesterday two time and requested to please solve this issue. she told me she will search and reply me back but she didn't reply me by call. than she told me to mail the issue that I do but I didn't get any reply from anyone. Even I called today also asking what happen about my issue then she didn't tell me any thing than I ask to give a call to her senior Mr Santosh Bamne but she refuse by saying he is not there I am the senior person not Mr. Santosh Bamne.
Even 1000 rs is not a big amount but I wnt to know why TATA DOCOMO representative told me Rs 1035/- is discount and why she didn't close this matter on 10th of August.
As previously Docomo Representatives promised me to give discount of Rs.1035 if I pay Rs. 4010 on 10th of August. I have done the same thing. And if they have not proceeded for giving discount and closure of account then its not my problem. Even after that I was kept on receiving call from Docomo Representatives to pay Rs. 1035. And now they sent me legal notice. If I am wrong then plz check all calls regarding this connection in detail since connection we have taken from TATA Docomo. All the calls must be recorded. Then let me know If I am wrong.
Let the Docomo people know to go by their words.
So I am requesting to Mr. Rishikesh Bhale to see in to this matter and revet me back.
