[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Service Terminated yet Monthly bill being charged | |||||
Hi, I have terminated my Tata Docomo Photon services on 30th Nov 2016. My billing cycle was from 17th to 17th each month. I paid the last bill that was charged from 17th Nov to 17th Dec 2016, on 4th Jan 2017. All pending bills have been paid and the service has been terminated on 30th Nov. The service has not been used after 30th Nov 2016 yet I am sent a bill for the period of 17dec 2016 to 17 jan 2017. when you check the usage history on Tata docomo site it shows no history as there was no usage, so why am i still being charged for a service that has been terminated ?
